Pollinator Meadow Walk at Overmountain Conservation Area

This event is co-sponsored by the Columbia Land Conservancy (CLC). In November of 2019, facilitated by Jamie Purinton, Claudia Knab-Vispo, and CLC, a group of volunteers seeded a native wildflower meadow on an acre of a former corn field in the Conservation Area. This walk is an opportunity to see the meadow up close and to learn which seeded plants got established and how the meadow has been evolving over the last two years. The walk is free, but participant number is limited. Please register with Claudia to reserve a space.
